Who we are
This website presents ACA, a service of Omni Gnosis Inc Ltd, 79 La Hausse de la Louviere Street, Floreal 1733-08, Mauritius ("we"). We decide how your data is used. Contact: olivier@iac.ai.
What we receive
- When you use a form (the contact form, the Presence & Pipeline Check or the Meetings That Count PDF): what you type. That is your email address and, depending on the form, your name, company, role, the service you are interested in and your note. For the check, also your answers and your scores.
- Whether you ticked the box that lets us email you once.
- Anonymous counts of a few actions, such as a click on "Book a call", with the page it came from. No personal data.
We do not store your IP address with your form, and this website sets no cookies of its own.
Why, and on what basis
- To show your check result or give you the PDF. That is why we ask for your email first (steps taken at your request, GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- To answer your note (steps taken at your request, GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- To email you once about your result or the PDF, only if you tick that box (your consent, GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time.
- To keep the website secure and count anonymous actions (our legitimate interest, GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
We never sell your data. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Who sees it
Olivier Gomez and the ACA team. And the providers that run our tools: Cloudflare (hosting, security and form storage), Google and Microsoft (our email), and Calendly if you book a call (under its own privacy notice).
Where it is stored
Form data is stored in a Cloudflare database located in Western Europe. Our providers may process data in other countries, including the United States, with the safeguards the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Up to 3 years after our last contact with you, unless a contract or a legal obligation requires longer.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, to receive a copy, and to withdraw your consent. Write to olivier@iac.ai. We answer within one month.
You can also complain to the Data Protection Office of Mauritius, or to the data protection authority of the country where you live, for example the CNIL in France (www.cnil.fr).
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no trackers or advertising tools. Fonts and images are served from this site. Our host Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site against bots and attacks.
